GET IN, GET ON, GET BACK TO LIFE IN 45 MIN...EXPRESSRYDE and EXPRESSRYDE+PLUS. Just like a Rock-n-Ryde but slightly shorter so you can fit an awesome workout into your busy schedule. This class takes place on the ABF8 RealRyder bikes and will get you swaying to the music and pedaling to the beat. Entertaining, efficient and effective. Bring a towel (or two!) and water. We also offer the ExpressRyde+Plus which adds a 15-min strength portion after a 35-min. ryde! What an perfect way to squeeze a fabulous workout into your day!
FUSION-FABULOUS!! WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER THE CORERYDE! This class will help build strength from within that will radiate throughout your entire body! You will develop your center of power, blast fat and calories and activate the muscles of your upper and lower body all within one class. The first 20 minutes will be devoted to core training off the bikes, then 40 minutes of high intensity interval training on the RealRyder bikes. Be assured that this is NOT your regular ab crunch class. In this class we perform dynamic and powerful movements to stimulate all of the core and trunk muscles. We will work to pull in your internal corset and strengthen your back. This class will help make your everyday tasks, like carrying groceries or running up and down stairs, more fluid and safe and will make you stronger in your athletic events. Improve your life by starting at the core!

The PowerRyde is in Bethlehem! Monday nights at 6pm. Everything you need for fitness all wrapped up into one class! This class includes 40min of strength training, 40 min of ryding and 10 min of flexibility and stretching. Come out and become a PowerRyder!
