Whether you are in the mood for a heart pumping, cardio class or a relaxing, zen-like class...we've got something for you. Every class is geared for every fitness level. Our well-trained and caring staff can accommodate beginners through elites by utilizing specific techniques and having each client work at his or her specific intensity. Check out the classes below. RealRyder Classes - Indoor Cycling
Rock-n-Ryde - This class takes place on the ABF8 RealRyder bikes and will get you swaying to the music and pedaling to the beat. Great energy with a sound and light extravaganza. You'll be having so much fun you'll forget how many calories you are burning. Entertaining and effective. Can I get a Woot Woot! Bring a towel (or two!) and water. 1 hour
iRyde - After school fitness is a must and this class on the ABF8 RealRyder bikes will provide the Generation Zers with a super fun class that will encourage them to set healthy fitness goals for life. Set to trendy music, this safe and effective class will increase balance, strength and confidence! During this 45 minute class, participants will work on cardio conditioning and increasing their upper body, core and leg strength. Perfect for sport conditioning. So leave the helmet at home and soar with MultiSport Fitness. Bring a towel and water. Participants must be a least 51 inches tall to attempt to ryde, however, height alone does not deem it safe. Each participant will be individually fitted to ensure that there will be no risk of injury. Please respect the instructor's final call. 45 minutes
Group Instruction Classes
Kula Heart Yoga Add On - Step into GRACE in this mixed level yoga class. This class will help clear your mind and release tension with poses that concentrate on biker specific muscles. Yoga practice is important to keep your body healthy, strong and toned. Join us as we create fluid, flexible bodies and focused minds. Bring a towel, water and mat. 35 min.
T-N-T - Tone and Train! Working each major muscle of the body to fatigue is the name of the game. With weights, bands or with just your beautiful body, we will activate your muscles to form long and lean. The pumping music creates a pace to this class to contribute to the overall metabolism burn. And, of course, we don't forget your core. Bring a towel, mat or bath size towel and water. Results required. 1 hour
