One on One Training:
Receive private training on or off location in a clean and safe environment. This session is entirely focused on you and your fitness needs. Each session lasts about one hour and "homework" will be given. You can schedule one session or purchase a package, whatever fits your needs.
Buddy Training:
Grab a friend and let's do it together! Buddy training is a great way to receive personal training and personalized workouts while supporting and sharing it with a friend. This provides an extra layer of motivation and creates a fun environment. Each session lasts about one hour and individual "homework" is given. You can schedule one session or purchase a package, whatever you, and your friend, wish to do.
